Just purchased one of their polymer-80-pf9ss-gray kit and unfortunately the build didn’t go well I don’t even know why, the trigger and hammer pins walk right out of the lower. I gave P80 customer service a call and spoke to miss Shannon Ann she was very helpful, polite and professional. She had me email her a few pics of the lower end my purchase invoice and not long afterwards she sent me an email stating they would warranty it and ship a new one out in a few days. Even when I ordered the first one it only took a few day to get here. MUST READ* I spoke with a gentleman named Michael P today. I must say I am SO satisfied with the customer service I received. When my shipment came to my address, one if the items on the packing list was missing 🤯.
