pf45 jigkit. Popular jigs from Polymer80 are returning! The guides and bits required to cut and drill the original PF45 (GLOCK® 20 and 21SF-compatible) 80% frame are included in the PF45 80% Jig Kit.
In order to prepare your 80% frame blank for assembly with a GLOCK 20 or G21SF Build Kit, you will need to use this jig to cut and drill it.
Included in the Polymer80 PF45 Jig are:
- (1) two-sided jig
- (1) 3mm drill bit
- (1) 4mm drill bit
These Are the Tools You Need
The Polymer80 Frame Jig includes the bits required for drilling your parts kit’s pin holes. You will need other tools (sold separately) to drill the pin holes, trim and sand the slide rails, and cut the barrel seat.
- Handheld Dremel
- Drill Press or Hand Drill
- Carbide Burr Dremel Bits
- Hand Files or Sandpaper
