pf940sc jig Polymer80 Kit for PF940SC Frame Blanks
Firstly, popular jigs from Polymer80 are returning! Also the original PF940SC (GLOCK® 26 and 27-compatible) 80% frame can be cut and drilled using the guides and bits included in the PF940SC 80% Jig Kit.
In addition, this jig is also required to drill and cut your 80% frame blank so that it is prepared for assembling with a GLOCK 26 or G27 Build Kit.
The jig may be used to finish up to three frames because it is built of a durable fiber-nylon composite.
Included in the Polymer80 PF940SC Jig are:
- (1) two-sided jig
- (1) 3mm drill bit
- (1) 4mm drill bit
Tools Need
You will need other tools (sold separately) to drill the pin holes, trim and sand the slide rails, and cut the barrel seat.
- Handheld Dremel
- Drill Press or Hand Drill
- Carbide Burr Dremel Bits
- Hand Files or Sandpaper
Does this jig work with other 80% frames?”
No. The PF940SC Jig only works with the Polymer80 PF940SC 80% frame. Due to physical differences in size, other P80 frames are not compatible with this jig. We sell all the other jigs designed for Polymer80’s other frame blanks:
