Description
1911 80 frame 45 ACP / 5″ Government | Anodized Black Frame
1911 80 frame black. The 7075 heat-treated aluminum used in the.45 ACP Government Tactical 1911 80% Frame is CNC-machined. This tactical frame blank, which has an anodized black finish, is ideal for creating your own, ultra-light 1911 from the ground up.
This frame weights about 60% less than a 1911 original since it is made of aluminum instead of steel. It is ideal for your project because it can still use 1911 parts that are standard (mil-spec). Take a.45 build kit and complete your frame!

Great Product!
I had bought the Phantom jig earlier from Stealth Arms and was able to finish this frame rather easily and it turned out really great. Love the look and feel!
Cory –
Top notch
Frame was everything as expected, worked well with phantom jig. Bevertail pin hole was alittle tight but it worked. Just got the frame today, what joy.

I am a repeat customer, I would not be one if it were not for the excellent product. received product in a timely manner. Also you ship to california. The problem with gun control in california its all the gun stores, equipment, parts companys that will not ship to california.

I bought this product a while back and I haven’t had too much of an issue with the build progression. The only drawback that I’ve had with this frame is not knowing before hand whether this was a clark-para or a wilson-knowlin. which made it a wee bit frustrating after buying the wrong barrel without realizing. partial user error sure, lesson learned yes; but it would be nice to see it in the description for future costumers.

I’ve bought several of these frames, they are fantastic!

The frame itself feels great and is holding up. It snaps right into the gg3 1911 jig and mild with no problems.

Just have to get my jig to make the grooves for the slide to fit
